Amanda Bynes is not 5150 material, meaning she can’t be picked up against her will and held for mental evaluation, at least not yet … this according to multiple sources familiar with the situation.

Our sources tell us Amanda has not been diagnosed with any mental illness.  Sources say her parents are worried there are signs she might be bipolar or schizophrenic, but Amanda has been unwilling to undergo psychiatric testing.

We’re told her parents would like to create an involuntary conservatorship, similar to Britney Spears, but Amanda’s conduct is not so over the line that a judge would take away her freedom. 

Ditto for a 5150 psychiatric hold, which would allow authorities to put Amanda in a mental facility against her will for 72 hours for mental evaluation.  We’re told authorities just don’t have the goods.  In fact, Amanda was taken to a hospital after her arrest Thursday night and the shrinks didn’t think an involuntary hold was warranted.

There’s one other option to get a diagnosis. If Amanda is so out of it she can’t understand the nature of the criminal cases that have been filed against her … a judge can halt the proceedings and order a psychiatric evaluation.  Amanda has been involved in 3 criminal cases in California recently, and there was NO effort to go this route.  That’s because she has always been lucid in court.

Evander Holyfield should probably sign up for Uber STAT … the cash-strapped boxing legend’s about to have his driver’s license suspended after blowing off more than $300k in child support payments, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story … The GA Dept of Human Services has been trying to collect cash from Holyfield for months, after he was ordered to pay over $500,000 in child support for his daughter Emani Holyfield … but E.H. continuously failed to do so.

Holyfield was even put on a payment plan to chip away at the debt  … paying $2,950 per month … but according to court docs, he missed several payments and still owes $327,858.36.

Now, a Georgia judge has given the Division of Child Support Services the green light to strip Holyfield of his driver’s license — or start the process at least — as an incentive to get him to pay up. 

A hearing’s set for August to check up on his progress. It’s unclear how he plans to get to court.

Nickelodeon is brainwashing your kids to think Italians are all bootlegging mafiosos and it MUST be stopped — so says a pissed off Italian-American advocacy group, demanding parents BOYCOTT Nick’s new flick.

The Italian-American One Voice Coalition — a major national org. fighting against negative Italian-American stereotypes — is peeved over the TV movie, “Nicky Deuce” … set to bow on May 27th. 

FYI :The flick is about a dorky Italian-American teenager who transforms himself into a mobster (to be cool, duh) … just like his Italian-American uncle, who has mafia ties. Like “The Sopranos” with kids.

But One Voice tells TMZ … this “trash television” is an affront to their culture, meant to “brainwash a new generation with an insidious and hurtful stereotype of Italian Americans.”

“It is beyond reprehensible that Nickelodeon would so grossly abdicate any semblance of corporate responsibility and target young children with a biased, stereotypical movie.”

They add, “We are appealing to all parents to not have their children watch this garbage.”

The drama in Larry Hagman‘s life lives on … months after his death, because the actor’s estate now claims Larry’s granddaughter has committed familial treason by holding ridiculously valuable jewelry hostage.

The lawyer for Hagman’s Estate has filed legal docs — obtained by TMZ — which claim Noel Hagman is in possession of a Raj necklace and matching earring set with encrusted diamonds and emeralds.  The Estate claims the jewels were once owned by Larry’s mom, actress Mary Martin, and given to Larry.

The Estate lawyer says somehow Noel got her hands on the jewels and won’t give them back.  The legal docs say Noel claims someone in the Hagman family gave her the necklace and earrings, but according to the Estate no one in the family cops to it.

The Estate wants the jewels back, and if she refuses, they want her to pay double the value — the law provides double the value if someone wrongfully holds on to property.  The legal docs don’t place a specific value on the items.

Sounds like a good episode of “Dallas.”

Amanda Bynes just tweeted something the cops clearly aren’t buying — she says she’s drug free.

Amanda says, “I only smoke tobacco.  I don’t drink or do drugs.”  She adds, “I’ve never had a bong in my life!”

As you know, Amanda has been accused of smoking pot in her apartment and then throwing a bong out the window after police entered.

And there’s more.  Amanda says, “I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot!”

That seems to be the least of her problems.

Stone Temple Pilots claims Scott Weiland screwed the band out of millions of dollars and now it’s looking forward to a very important date — in court.

The band claims Weiland sabotaged it’s 20th anniversary tour by being chronically late for performances and missing promotional gigs.  The band also claims in the lawsuit Weiland had a plan to seize all the glory, to the point he wouldn’t even communicate with band members.  They say Weiland’s plan was simple — “hijack” the tour.

The band had actually fired Weiland in February and hired the lead singer of Linkin Park to replace him, but they claim Weiland got vindictive and tried to interfere with the release of its new single.

Stone Temple Pilots is asking for unspecified damages.
