Much of what we communicate and what others communicate to us gets misunderstood which causes much conflicts and frustrations in personal and professional relationships. Effective communication is equal communication where you have to understand the feelings and emotions of the person and the situation. Listening to someone and really hearing what they’re saying, when even there not saying verball…y what their not saying… is the most important, because people don’t listen, and can’t listen while they’re listening to what their listening to in their own heads, and I’ve found out that some people don’t even be hearing you at all when your talking to and looking them right in their face… So, get understanding and be clear, and make sure it’s clear.
