The home of Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice was struck by a burglar this weekend … and the scumbag made off with two guns and $2,000 in cash … this according to police.

Cops say Rice wasn’t home at the time of the burglary — which went down between 8:30 am Friday and 12:50 am Saturday — but a friend was staying at Rice’s Maryland home and reported the incident to police.

The good news … cops say there is surveillance video of the arrest which shows the crook entering through a rear window and ransacking the home.

Rice released a statement to USA Today saying, “My family and I are fine, which is the most important thing. This is an unfortunate incident that I am dealing with through the proper channels.”

Chief Keef — the 17-year-old rap sensation — was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia yesterday for disorderly conduct … TMZ has learned.

The details surrounding the arrest are unclear.

According to the booking sheet, Keef — real name Keith Cozart — was listed at 5’9″ and 160 lbs.

After the arrest, Keef tweeted, “Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County jail In Atlanta Mad As f**k.”

Keef is considered a prodigy — and has rapped with huge stars like 50 Cent and Wiz Khalifa.

Keef is no stranger to the law … he’s been arrested at least two times before — and even has a gun conviction under his belt.

It’s been a rough year for the rapper … We broke the story, he was recently sued for child support​ by his middle-school-aged baby mama who claimed Keef fathered her kid — born in 2011 — when he was only 15.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver are in no rush to get divorced … and there are 2 lines of speculation — either they’re so rich it doesn’t matter, or they may actually get back together.

Several sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ … neither Arnold nor Maria feel any urgency to get a judge to make the divorce official, even though all of the money and custody issues have been worked out.  The reason, they say, is simple … They’re worth approximately $400 million — which they agree they’ll split down the middle — so it’s not like they need the divorce to buy a house. 

Short story — neither one of them is in a hurry to pull the trigger, because it will have NO IMPACT on their day-to-day lives.

And other sources say there’s a different reason why they haven’t gotten divorced — they are not done with each other, and there’s still a chance they’ll get back together.  Our sources say both Arnold and Maria have sent mixed messages to their friends and family — at times saying they want the divorce, and other times talking about how they still feel love for their longtime partner.

One source says … lately Maria is more amenable to divorce because she’s hearing that Arnold has a girlfriend.

FYI, Arnold and Maria were together last weekend at their daughter Christina’s graduation … looking pretty happy.

Lindsay Lohan has just been sued for $5 million she doesn’t have … all because of her highly-publicized drug problems, TMZ has learned.

D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries — a clothing manufacturer — just filed the countersuit against Lindsay in response to Lindsay’s lawsuit against the company.

In her lawsuit, Lindsay says she struck a business deal with D.N.A.M. in 2009 allowing them to manufacture clothes for her “6126″ clothing line — but D.N.A.M. stiffed her on a massive licensing fee. Lindsay wants $1.1 million in damages.

But D.N.A.M. is now coming back at Lindsay for nearly five times that amount, insisting SHE’S the reason their business deal fell apart.

According to D.N.A.M., the company did its darndest to sell their 6126 clothes to high-end third party retailers — but by spring 2010, no one would touch the brand … because Lindsay was back in rehab … and her legal problems were playing out in the media “like a Greek tragedy.”

D.N.A.M. claims Lindsay’s “drug-addled image” destroyed 6126′s reputation, and rendered the clothing line completely unsellable.

D.N.A.M. says it invested millions in 6126 for nothing — and now it’s suing for breach of contract and fraud, demanding at least $5 million in damages.

And the irony … Lindsay’s currently back in rehab yet again.

Kathie Lee Gifford says there will be a “revolt” at NBC if the powers that be allow Matt Lauer to leave the “Today” show, telling TMZ … she’ll do whatever it takes to keep him around.

Kathie Lee was leaving Rockefeller Center in NYC Monday morning when she made it clear — she thinks Matt has been unfairly demonized in the media in the wake of Ann Curry‘s firing.

Kathie tells us, she wanted to buy a full page ad in an NYC newspaper defending her longtime co-worker, but Matt talked her out of it.

Bottom line, if Lauer ever gets ousted … Kathie no happy.

“America’s Got Talent” star Zac Gordon … aka Horse … aka the guy with iron testicles … is lucky to be alive … after smashing his car into a tree while trying to avoid striking a deer, TMZ has learned.

Horse — who became famous for allowing people to bash him in the scrotal-region on AGT — tells us he was driving in Harrisburg, PA Saturday when a deer suddenly ran out in front of his car.  Horse says he jerked the wheel, trying not to kill the animal … but lost control and went careening into a tree.

Zac says he hit the tree so hard the car flipped over — “I legitimately thought I was going to die.”

An ambulance rushed to the scene and hauled the AGT star off to the hospital. He was released later that night with a possible concussion, sore neck and scratches … but luckily no major injuries.

“I’m just glad to be alive,” Horse tell us.

Not only that … ONJ’s casa comes with hurricane impact-rated glass windows and doors — made to stand up to super violent storms. Which is great because if you move to Florida you’re pretty much guaranteed hurricane action.

It’s the kind of memorial rock stars dream of … famed Sunset Strip nightclub Whisky a Go Go — where The Doors got their start back in the 60s — will be honoring Ray Manzarek on its marquee for the rest of the week, TMZ has learned.

A rep for the famed rock club tells us, the marquee memorial will stay up tonight through Saturday — and every show in the meantime will be dedicated in Manzarek’s honor.

The rep says the club will also be briefly “going dark” tonight at 8pm in remembrance.

As we reported, Manzarek — one of the founding members of the iconic rock band — passed away today following a long battle with bile duct cancer. He was 74.

The Doors were playing as the house band at the Whisky — opening for acts like Van Morrison — when a record exec discovered them and gave the band their first big record deal.

3:55 PM PT — The Roxy — another famous Sunset Strip rock club — has beat the Whisky to the punch … already erecting its own marquee in Manzarek’s honor.

Ray Manzarek — who co-founded “The Doors” with Jim Morrison in 1965 and played keyboard — has died, this according to the band’s official Facebook page.

Manzarek was 74.

According to the website, Manzarek passed away today at the RoMed Clinic in Rosenheim, Germany after a lengthy battle with bile duct cancer.

At the time of his death, Ray was surrounded by his wife Dorothy and his brothers Rick and James.

Along with Jim … Ray and The Doors churned out some of the most iconic rock songs in history — including, “L.A. Woman,” “Break On Through to the Other Side,” “The End,” “Hello, I Love You,” and “Light My Fire.”

Doors’ guitarist Robby Krieger released a statement saying, “I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of my friend and bandmate Ray Manzarek.”

He added, “I’m just glad to have been able to have played Doors songs with him for the last decade. Ray was a huge part of my life and I will always miss him.”

According to the band’s official Facebook page … Ray’s family has asked that in lieu of flowers, fans should make an in memoriam donation in Ray’s name to Standup2cancer.org.
